These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player") and Empire Casino Philippines ("Empire Casino," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of empire-ph.com and all related gaming services. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To use Empire Casino's services you must: be at least 21 years of age (as required by PAGCOR regulations); be a legal resident of the Philippines or accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted; not be a current employee of Empire Casino or a member of their immediate family; not be on any self-exclusion list.
2. Account Rules
Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Empire Casino cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account details. Accounts are non-transferable.
3. Deposits
The minimum deposit at Empire Casino is ₱100. Deposits are processed instantly via GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
4. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. GCash withdrawals are typically instant once processed. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Empire Casino reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals.
5. Bonus Terms
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified for each offer. The welcome bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. The maximum bet during an active bonus is ₱500. Bonuses are valid for 14 days from activation. Empire Casino reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, change bonus terms, or refuse bonus eligibility at any time. Bonus abuse in any form will result in forfeiture of bonus and winnings.
6. KYC/AML Requirements
Empire Casino is required by PAGCOR and Anti-Money Laundering regulations to verify player identity before processing withdrawals. Acceptable identification includes: valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID), and proof of address dated within 3 months.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds: creating multiple accounts; using bots or automated software; collusion with other players; chip dumping; use of VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your location; and any form of fraud or money laundering.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts. Disputes relating to PAGCOR licensing compliance may be referred to PAGCOR.
9. Changes to Terms
Empire Casino may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address.
